soccer fans are freaks.

Austin plays soccer, and after playing in a tournament his team got the chance to go to a REAL SALT LAKE game. Mom and Dad were going and invited us to go too...

I have never been to any sort of professional soccer game, and after going I am completely convinced that soccer fans are P S Y C H O.

There were fans there supporting the other team, and they played drums and horns and sang a chant during the entire game. I'm not kidding. They didn't stop once. When their team scored a goal they were even balsy enough to dump stuff on the REAL fans seated below them. They were freaks. The whole stadium was jam packed, and since it was July 24 they were putting on a concert and fireworks after the game.

See look at all these soccer freaks... jam packed I say.

I think whoever invented soccer should be shot. The rules of the game are ridiculous. What kind of a sport ends in a tie? Lame. My dad turned to me and said that if the game ended at 0-0 he was going to be livid. After REAL scored a goal he seemed satisfied until the other team scored and then he turned to me and said if the game ends at 1-1 he was going to just be mad.
There were some kids sitting a few rows in front of us waiving a REAL flag and screaming. I turned to mom and asked what they were yelling because I couldn't make it out and it was bothering me. She resonded, "something in spanish" all innocent like and hinting that if I had looked at them I would have known they were speaking spanish. About two seconds later it clicked in my ears what they were saying. "R. S. L." Which obviously stood for REAL SALT LAKE. Spanish mom? Really?

Has anyone else ever tried to take pictures of fireworks and found it completely impossible? I'm serious. I took 23 pictures and only 3 of them are even decent, and they aren't even that good. Boo pictures of fireworks. Boo.
