Danielle and I went to the Golden Spike Arena tonight to watch our friends Mike, Nate, and Matt in their bull riding debut. I'm not sure why Mike believes himself to be a "real" cowboy because it takes more than a love for George Strait and a good pair of Wranglers to qualify but he seems to be well on his way with a ride of .6 seconds. I'm almost positive Mike was the brains behind the operation, here nor there however, all three rode and we were so proud. Matt high tailed it right out of the arena after about .3 seconds. Nate had a good ride, but was knocked off after about .7 seconds.

After their match with danger, we went to Subway for some grub. Matt proceeded to mock the way us "northerners" spoke, because apparently the dialect is WAY different than it is in Orem. Whatev.
Also. Many of you may remember a post I made a while back about the classy individuals I saw at my first rodeo on July 24 (I say that out of sheer arrogance.. like none of you have anything better to do than memorize my blog). Welp, I am happy to say even at a mere bull riding event like tonight there were still exceptionally classy individuals. Love it.
