Who ever decided to freeze the top layer of the wedding cake to eat on the one year anniversary? Well we did it, to uphold tradition, and lets just say that the cake itself was good, but the fondant tasted like peppers. Any chance I placed something pepper-ish on top of the box in the freezer at some point? Who knows. I thought I would decorate it a bit with some strawberries. Feel free to be impressed. Thanks.
