Welp. I scheduled the Temple. AH!
After I had contacted the temple and set the date in stone, I got a little planning happy. Now remember, I haven't even been proposed to yet. He could still back out at anytime, in which case I would be forced to cause some bodily harm to his being. Anyway... I had a very productive day planning things I could think to plan and buying magazines to help me along. While purchasing said magazines at the store, I was asked if I was getting married. Nope. I look at bridal magazines for kicks. Hey, its possible I guess. Anyway a conversation developed and the checker in the line next to me said she was getting married. I asked when and she told me June 17th. I said me too. I asked her where. She said Bountiful. I said me too. She had just gotten off the phone with the temple and was scheduled to be the wedding after mine. What are the odds?
Anyway.. I got as far as deciding on my colors and starting a guest list before I realized how bogus the whole thing was. I'm not planning anything until that ring is on my finger. So there. We will see how long this lasts.

Hey Amber how are you? That is so exciting!! And I think that is how it always goes! Us girls get ahead of ourselves! I had also called the temple before I got my ring, them boys just don't know what goes on in our minds and are too slow!! But congratulations!!

It gets so exciting that it is hard not to start to plan.. So plan away my friend.. Unless you want to get Dewey to propose quicker:) Maybe if you go on strike he will feel the pressure:)

It's ok- I bought, yes purchased my wedding dress 4 months before Scott even proposed!! June is a good month, we got married on the 23rd. I am so excited for you. And you can come see my baby when ever you want, I don't do anything, so anytime is good for me!! She needs to meet her Aunt Amber!!
Hey TYSON started planning before he had the ring on MY finger. So, i think you're safe. I was oblivious to anything and all things. But Tell Dewy to do it quick...then we can be wedding planning buddies at work!! :)
Don't wait. Take the advice from the girl who had a ring on her finger 31 days after our first date. We were married 3 months later in March. Inasne! I loved it! Only wish i would have jumped on the planning a little more. Like the stupid invites! What a pain in my butt! It doesn't matter who you marry-you still have to invite all those people-might as well get a head start-right? Think of it this way-the more you invite, the more presents you get and I know you like that!
