Professor Bin Laden??

I have mentioned a professor before a few posts back that feels it his God-given mission to mock me at every turn. This man is a superb instructor, writer, and individual however there is one thing about the man that keeps me distracted in every class. He looks like a blasted terrorist.

This man is adventurous and spent his summer in Africa hunting alligators and in the mountains on the border or Russia simply to write a story for a magazine. He was in said mountains when Russia invaded Georgia, and the Russian Army discovered the party he was with while flying over the mountain range. They sent troops in to, I kid you not, capture Osama Bin Laden. The Soviets thought the infamous leader was having a camping trip in their mountains--little did they know the man they feared was merely an absent minded professor at Weber State University.

Today in class I busted out my camera phone while said professor was conversing with another student, and snapped a picture of his appearance. Keep in mind he just got a hair cut and trimmed his beard, but the resemblence is still there. Behold: Professor Bin Laden. P.S He has no idea I took this picture. Oops.
